File Specifications: Accepted file types are PDF, TIFF, and JPEG. All files must have a minimum resolution of 300 pixels per inch and an inch size of 8.76 x 11.26 inches. Please ensure that the color format is CMYK for accurate printing.
Preferred Programs: For optimal results, we recommend using industry-standard programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat to create your artwork.
Change/Submit Deadline: The deadline to submit ads or changes for each issue is on the 16th of the prior month. For example, if the issue is for November 1st, the deadline to submit or change ads is October 16th.
Bleeds and Trim Template: Your artwork must adhere to the provided bleeds and trim template. Ensure a .13″ bleed area on all edges (this will be trimmed off during printing), and maintain a .25″ quiet area to avoid important text or elements being too close to the edge.
